These Terms of Service govern your use of virginiamobiledetailing.com and the mobile auto detailing services provided by Virginia Mobile Detailing. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you enroll in the Virginia Mobile Detailing Alerts text messaging program. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, customer care, and promotional offers for subscribers who text DEALS. Message frequency varies, with marketing messages sent about 2–4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or reply HELP for help or call (571) 688-3474. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Terms

• Payment. Payment is due after you inspect and approve the work we complete.
• Weather rescheduling. If bad weather or rain prevents us from completing the service, we can either work inside your garage or reschedule to the next available slot at no penalty to you.
• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Every service is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us and we will make it right.
• Refunds. Because detailing services are performed on-site and tailored to your vehicle, services are non-refundable once completed. If you are not satisfied, we will return to address your concerns under our satisfaction guarantee.
