Question 1

Do I need to supply water or an electrical outlet?

Accepted Answer

No. Our mobile detailing vans are self-sufficient and arrive with their own onboard water supply and generator for power, so we can detail your vehicle anywhere at your home, condo, or workplace parking spot.

Question 2

How long does a full mobile detail take?

Accepted Answer

An Express Refresh takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. A Signature Full Detail takes 3 to 4 hours. Multi-stage paint correction and ceramic coatings may take 5 to 8 hours depending on paint condition.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and company checks for commercial fleet accounts. Payment is due only after you inspect and approve our work.

Question 4

What is your bad weather or rain policy?

Accepted Answer

If bad weather or rain is forecasted, we can either work inside your garage or reschedule to the next convenient available sunny slot without any cancellation penalty.

Question 5

Do you offer ceramic coating and paint correction?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our $799 any-vehicle ceramic special includes single-stage machine paint correction and a manufacturer-backed 3 to 5-year ceramic coating. Because the job runs 1 to 2 full days and varies by paint condition, we book it as a consultation first, then schedule the full job after inspecting your vehicle.

Question 6

What areas in Virginia do you service?

Accepted Answer

We mobile-detail across Northern Virginia and the Richmond metro — Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington and Alexandria, Prince William, Reston and Herndon, Tysons and McLean, Ashburn and Leesburg, Vienna and Oakton, Centreville and Chantilly, and Richmond weekly.
